It's really difficult to juggle school, work, the gym, artwork, social life, and now college admission. I'm excited to go to college and graduate high school, but the whole college admission process is really confusing and difficult. The technology and paper based way to apply is confusing and I wish I could just put everything in one big folder and give it to the colleges I want to apply to and be done with it, and not do all these little things here and there. I really am trying to stay one top of everything and I think I'm starting to get the hang of it, even if it's just ever so slightly. I'm worried about everything involving it, but I think everything will work out in the end; I just hope I'm accepted to the school I wish to attend. At least I'm keeping busy!
Two more days before I am off to Seattle to see my brother! So exciting I only see him twice a year usually. We are going to blow glass, and look at colleges! I have to pack soon, I don't want to be rushing on the day before we leave on Friday morning!!
I really hate Mondays. I'm tired from lack of sleep and overwhelmed from the amount of work I have to do this week before Spring Break arrives. I'm excited to see my brother but, I having to do so much work, and test, and quizzes is ridiculous. I've had over 4 quizzes today alone, not to mention the Chemistry test tomorrow and Spanish on Wednesday during extended study; since I won't be attending school on Friday. Ugh... not looking forward to all the work.
My friends and I went out on Friday, and took a photo shoot around my neighborhood. We took some amazing photos and I plan to use them in many paintings and illustrations as references. They are nature-filled and have my gorgeous friends in them. I was so excited I could barley wait! So, today I started painting my favorite photo of the three of them. I plan to make it more like a fantasy painting and making them look like fairies, hiding in the woods. I'm so glad, because it looks so much like them!!
